WW2 German Battle Damaged M42 Army/Waffen SS Helmet

A battle damaged midwar non decalled M42 helmet as worn by Army & Waffen SS troops in slate grey paint & with penetration damage to front forehead area.
Examining the impact to the front of the shell it appears to be caused by shrapnel from a blast as there are two other smaller dents around the hole. The finish is in a typical rough textured grey paint to exterior smooth to underside ....  read more
