This example has its original leather carrying strap & top bracket. marked to the top with maker code & date ' 41' with a weapon serial number '7122' to side & number indicators to drum.

With Luftwaffe acceptance markings & date 1942 to rear of holster a 'Ba' Luftwaffe acceptance stamp can be seen to the closure strap with a Luftwaffe acceptance mark '2' & date 1942 to rear.
