WW2 German Waterbottle With Olive Green Cup 1942

German waterbottle found in Normandy this year which is totally untouched & comes with steel 1942 dated cup.
Interestingly this example has had a mix of early & midwar components used in its construction the screw cap being aluminium & marked 'SKN42' for the year 1942. Bottle is of mid to late war red enamel with olive green cup marked 'MN42'. Straps are a mix of prestoff & leather typical of 1942 onwards. Carbine hook to rear has much of its original grey green paint remaining. Side snaps have not been undone for many years & I have left completely as found .
Overall service wear , no unsightly moth holes to felt.
