WW2 German Private Purchase Straight Trousers
Ideal for mannequin display a pair of German made straight leg trousers from the interwar period most likely worn by an NCO or officer with walking out dress.
Made from field grey wool with colour patterned inner waistband similar to what can be seen on some WW1 period German trousers. All buttons are 'Solide Neuheit' which translates in German to 'Solid Innovation. Buckled waist size adjustment to rear typical of the pattern.
There are a few sporadic moth nips here & there . Waist measures an approx 32 inches when tightened right in with slack to be opened out to an approx 35 inches. Inside leg measures 24.5 length however these were on a short mannequin so have been folded up with alot of excess that would allow them to be folded down more.
