WW1 German Deers Foot Trench Knife

A knife much seen in photographs being worn by German troops in the trenches being the Deer’s foot knife.
S shaped steel cross guard, original leather washer complete, in its steel military style scabbard and belt loop. Hilt retaining strap present as it should be & good amount of black finish remaining to scabbard.
