WW2 German Kriegsmarine Belt & Buckle 1938-Named To An Ober Matrosen

A textbook Kriegsmarine belt & buckle by the acknowledged KM buckle manufacturer Richard Sieper.
A good amount of the KM gilt finish remains to aluminium buckle with maker initials to reverse 'RS&S' . Leather tab still present with Sieper maker details & date 1938. The Marine eagle & swastika surmounting an 'M' clearly visible to tab. Belt leather has '95' size mark & again marked with the 'Marine' eagle & swastika surmounting an 'M' . Interestingly the original owner has handwritten his name onto the leather beneath the tongue with rank ' Frietze Pol-Obermatr ' . This is a Naval rank & refers to an 'Obermatrosen' .
Superb example of the rare KM belt & buckle that has always been together.
