WW2 German Luftwaffe Medical Officers Tunic (Tuchrock)

A private purchase 1935 pattern four pocket Luftwaffe medical officers tunic complete with all original insignia & tailor label to lining.
Constructed from a fine whipcord weave it has straight French cuffs with a neatly handstitched Luftwaffe bullion breast eagle. The hand stitched application of the eagle is totally correct for a high quality tailor made piece. Both collar tabs are blue backed for Medical troops with rank insignia of a Hauptmann ( Captain). The blue branch backing is also repeated on the officers shoulder boards these being two pipped per piece. To interior the Berlin tailors label of 'Wilh.Schubert' is visible on the rayon lining of this tunic. A luftwaffe inspection stamp appears to be visible to the lower right hand corner. Breast pocket on left side has the name label 'Lewke' .
In very good condition there are no rips or tears just the odd minute surface moth track visible when examined closely.
