WW2 German 'Stielhandgranate' 1943

WW2 German M24 HE stick grenade marked to head with maker & date 'evy43'.
This lake recovered example has a good proportion of its green paint remaining to head with some bubbling to surfaces. Neck painted black. Wood is original with some water splitting to handle. Screw cap & housing present. Head & handle empty.
