WW2 German Luftwaffe Signals NCO Visor Cap

A straight from source Luftwaffe signals visor cap with copper brown piping for signals branch.
Constructed from fine blue wool with leichtmetall luftwaffe eagle & cockade these are original to the cap & never been off. The black leather chinstrap has remained in the same position as it was always worn with commensurate wear behind it. Both of its smooth cornered buckles are equally spaced. Interior of cap has a pressed card lining showing heavy wear with the wearers initials 'RT' dotted into it. There are a couple of minor tears due to the age & nature of its later 'ersatz' construction . The celluloid diamond overlays the maker logo of ' FABRIK-MARKE VIRO GESETZL.GESCHUTZT' .
Overall in nice 'salty' condition with some minor moth to piping & rear cap area.
