WW2 German Folding E Tool Cover 1942

Black prestoff cover for the folding entrenching tool visible perfect from the front but with belt loop cut off at rear.
Marked with eagle & swastika waffenamt marking to inner & three letter maker code & date 'evg42' . There is also what appears to be a German name written on one of the metal reinforcing sliders where the tip of the blade sits in the housing. Complete with bayonet loop but belt loop cut away.
