WW2 German Spare Barrel Carrier In Tan 1942

A relic of the Normandy campaign this piece is complete with original Lux marked webbing strap & some tan paint to exterior this is more prevalent to the inside where the tan is still present. Marked to one end with 'Laufschutzer 42' (MG42) & three letter maker code with date '43 . Lip of the closure catch is minus so unable to click shut. Recently found in the Orne department of Normandy.
